Access to Town Services by Limited English Proficient Persons

The Town of Breckenridge has adopted a Limited English Proficiency Policy, identifying reasonable steps to provide language assistance to Limited English Proficient (LEP) persons. A LEP person is one who does not speak English as their primary language and who has a limited ability to read, speak, write, or understand English.

Town staff members have been trained to identify persons who may need language assistance, and have been provided with resources to help assist LEP persons in accessing Town programs and services.
