Town Hall is located at 150 Ski Hill Road in Breckenridge, and the Community Development Department is on the second floor. Normal business hours are Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm, and Fridays from 8am-12pm. We are closed on major holidays. We can be reached at 970-453-3160.
Planning Department submittals are accepted by visiting us in person. We cannot accept them via email at this time, and we no longer have a drop box – please come to our front desk during normal business hours. Development permit applications are required to be complete with all requirements at the time of submittal. We cannot accept partial or incomplete applications. If you have questions on what constitutes a complete application, please call us at 970-453-3160.
For convenience, we will continue to use an online payment portal for payments that are not due at the time of submittal. A staff member will contact you and email the link and instructions.

The Town of Breckenridge is not currently holding any land development charges as of September 27, 2016.
