FAQS
When will my road be plowed?
The town core and access for bus routes are our first priority. Please reference the street plow routes to find service levels in your area.
Will you clear the snow from my driveway?
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to clear their driveway. This includes the berm or windrow of snow that is a byproduct of plowing the roads. Per town code private property owners & contractors must store snow on private property and not in the town right of way. The town right of way is typically 15 feet from the edge of road.
Will you plow my sidewalk?
The town clears sidewalks overnight between 8pm-8am due to heavy pedestrian traffic during the day. The Town of Breckenridge asks local businesses and homeowners for assistance with sidewalk snow removal in the daytime. View more information the Sidewalk Snow Removal Initiative.
