If you have a traffic complaint you would like to make the Breckenridge Police Department aware of, please complete this form.  If you are currently witnessing a traffic violation please call the non-emergent dispatch number at 970-668-8600.

By completing this form as fully as possible, based on your observations, you will help the Police Department to evaluate the issue, determine if the issue you raise is common with other respondents, and explore the best options towards a solution. Traffic complaints are evaluated by the Police Department and will also be forwarded to other Town of Breckenridge departments when appropriate.  We strive to make data driven enforcement decisions.  Additional efforts to address your complaint may be a portable radar sign, driver education, additional signage or a combination of the above
