Transient Dealer's License

A transient dealer, peddler, solicitor, merchant, etc. should read the Breckenridge Town Code Title 4-2 Transient Dealer's License before conducting any business activity in the town limits of Breckenridge.

Pursuant to that code, an application for Transient Dealer's License should be obtained through the Breckenridge Town Clerk's office at 150 Ski Hill Road, lobby level.  Temporary-Transient Merchant Business License Application

A transient dealer license is good for fourteen days and may be renewed for successive periods of fourteen days upon the payment of the license fee for each period.
