Special events where sales will be made, such as arts and crafts shows and fairs, are required to obtain a Special Sales Event License from the Town of Breckenridge. The Special Sales Event License allows temporary businesses that are not currently licensed in the Town to operate in Town during an approved event.

Prior to issuance of a special sales event license, the event  organizer must obtain a Special Event permit from the Breckenridge Tourism Office located at 111 Ski Hill Road.  

Events are limited to no more than three consecutive days and are conducted on a single premises that is not currently licensed.  The per event license fee is $250.  For more information on Special Sales Events, please review the Special Sales Event information sheet.
