If the property is rented exclusively through Vrbo, Airbnb and/or a professional management company holding a current business license with the Town of Breckenridge, the license holder is not required to fill out periodical tax return forms.

License holders renting a property themselves and collecting money directly from individuals are responsible for collecting and remitting sales and accommodation taxes to the Town of Breckenridge through MuniRevs and to the State of Colorado through their website https://tax.colorado.gov/sales-use-tax.
