The renewal tasks for the accommodation unit licenses expiring on 12/31/2024 are available now at https://breckenridge.munirevs.com.

Please use your existing credentials to login and complete the renewal tasks. A PDF of the renewed license will become available at the link above within 1-2 business days of remitting the yearly payment.

The regulatory fee is $756 per studio/bedroom per year in addition to the current business and occupational license tax. The regulatory fee is required to be kept separate from the Town’s general fund. All dollars generated by this regulatory fee will be used to support the Town’s workforce housing policies and programs, including buy downs, lease to locals, acquisition of deed restricted units, and/or construction of new units.

FAILURE TO REMIT A PAYMENT ON OR BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRATION DATE WILL RESULT IN A TERMINATION OF THE LICENSE.

PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE LICENSE EXPIRATION DATE WILL NOT RESULT IN A RENEWAL. A NEW APPLICATION WILL BE REQUIRED AND THE APPLICATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE STR CAP ORDINANCE.
