ALL permits require inspections.  If you're unsure of the inspections you need, please call us at 970-453-3180.  Please have your permit number ready when calling. 

Inspections can only be requested using our online Building Access Portal.  As of September 30, 2024, the old, automated phone line for inspection requests will be discontinued.  The only way to request inspections is via the access portal.  Need help with the portal?  Here's a user guide:

The Inspector needs to access the work site, permit packet, and plans for each requested inspection. Post the Permit Packet and Plans in an accessible, and visible location during the construction period.

Access a list of daily inspections. The inspections are listed in a random order, not in the order that the inspection will occur.  Specific time requests are only honored for concrete pours.
