Joint Upper Blue Master Plan

TOWN OF BRECKENRIDGE
Notice of Public Hearing - Joint Upper Blue Master Plan

The Breckenridge Town Council will be holding a public hearing on a proposed update to the Joint Upper Blue Master Plan on Tuesday, May 10, at 7:30 pm, in the Town Council Chambers at Breckenridge Town Hall, 150 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. The Joint Upper Blue Master Plan is a planning document, adopted by the Towns of Breckenridge and Blue River and Summit County, which provides overall guidance on land use decisions and other important growth-related issues in the Upper Blue Basin. The JUBMP sets forth a common shared vision for the future, and informs citizens, landowners, and developers of the desired future for the basin as articulated by the adopting jurisdictions. The proposed update represents the first update to the Plan since its original adoption in 1997. The public is invited to attend the hearing. Public testimony will be received by the Town Council. For more information, please contact Mark Truckey, Town of Breckenridge Community Development Department, at 970-453-3184 or markt@townofbreckenridge.com
