Join us for the ultimate Friday happy hour! Unlike our daily clinics, Friday Night Power Hour will be a quick 60-minutes and incorporate high energy games to get your feet moving! Participants are recommended to have an NTRP rating 3.0 or higher.  Jump start your weekend and join us for our new weekly Friday Night Power Hour!
