The Breckenridge Open Space Advisory Commission (BOSAC) shall consist of seven (7) members who shall be appointed by the Town Council. Members of the Commission shall be residents and electors of the Town. (Ord. 2, Series 1997).

BOSAC members as of August 19, 2024 are as follows: 
Nikki LaRochelle, Chair (Term expires 2027)
David Rossi, Vice Chair (Term expires 2027)
Krysten Joyce (Term expires 2026)
Chris Tennal (Term expires 2027)
Bobbie Zanca (Term expires 2026)
Matt Powers (Term expires 2026)
Jay Beckerman (Town Council Appointment, 2024-2026)

The regular meetings of the Breckenridge Open Space Advisory Commission (BOSAC) are scheduled for the third Monday of each month at 5:30pm.

Iowa Hill Guided Nature Hike

Join a Town of Breckenridge Naturalist on this short guided hike to learn about the unique flora and fauna found in Breckenridge's historic areas. This hike is approximately 1 mile long and will last about an hour.

Iowa Hill Trailhead parking is limited, so please carpool if possible, or take the bus to Valley Brook Bus Stop on Airport Road and walk 0.3 miles to the Trailhead. Please bring water.
