American Red Cross Lifeguard Course

• Introduction: Don’t miss this opportunity to earn a valuable certification you can carry with you for a lifetime.

This is a 3-day American Red Cross Lifeguarding course that includes CPR/AED and First Aid. Day 1 is the pre-test which includes the following: 

• a 300-yard swim treading water with no hands for 2 minutes
• retrieving a 10 pound brick off the bottom of the pool and swimming to the side
