Join us for a brand new session based class to learn how to properly lift! Each week we will go over everything you need to know about all your major compound lifts. Proper form, techniques, and more! We will test one rep maximums and teach you the basics about how to program a workout based on your individual goals! A minimum of 6 people must be signed up by Friday, August 26th or this training will be cancelled.

Week 1: Squats
Week 2: Bench Press
Week 3: Deadlift
Week 4: Overhead Press
