Advanced Jumps and Spins gives Figure Skaters in USFSA level Free Skate 6 and above (or skaters with coaches permission,) the opportunity to have specific coaching on techniques to improve upon and learn new jumps and spins. Skaters work both in a group and on specific skills based on their individual level.
