The Breckenridge Planning Commission is responsible for reviewing real estate development proposals for compliance with Town Code, for comprehensive planning and for regulating development in our Historic District.

The Breckenridge Planning Commission meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month except for December, when there is a meeting on the first Tuesday only, in the Town Hall Council Chambers (lower level of Town Hall, 150 Ski Hill Road). Handbook of Design Standards Open House

Notice of Public Open House for Handbook of Design Standards June 12, 2019, 5:30-6:30pm

The Town of Breckenridge will be hosting a Public Open House on proposed changes to the Handbook of Design Standards for the Conservation and Historic Districts. After a series of meetings with local stakeholders, a consensus has been met on the primary topics of concern. The purpose of the Open House is to inform the public of the consensus direction and gather feedback.

The Open House will be held Wednesday, June 12, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the Town Council Chambers, Breckenridge Town Hall, 150 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, Colorado.
