Please join the Town of Breckenridge, Mercy Housing, and the Summit Combined Housing Authority on Wednesday, December 2nd at 5:30 pm for an open house to learn more about this affordable workforce housing development.
The Valley Brook Neighborhood is a public private partnership and the affordable purchase prices are made possible by a subsidy (cash, land, and fee waivers) that will be contributed by the Town. Representatives from the Breckenridge Town Council are hosting this open house and we encourage you to attend if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about the Valley Brook Neighborhood.
This is also a great opportunity to get the latest information on the project including the project status, pricing, schedule, design and sustainability, and community amenities. Summit Combined Housing Authority staff will also be available to answer questions about purchasing, financing, and qualifications.
