Town Code

The Town Code contains the compilation of all ordinances of a general nature together with amendments to those ordinances.  This volume of the Town Code of the Town of Breckenridge, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including Ordinance No. 29, Series 2008.  Ordinances of the Town adopted after Ordinance No. 29, Series 2008 supersede the provisions of this Town Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith.  Consult the Town Clerk's office in order to determine whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded, or repealed.
