What is the Free Ride? Whether you are vacationing with the entire family, enjoying a relaxing weekend for two or making your way to work, the Breckenridge FREE RIDE is designed to make your transit experience a pleasant one. Each color-coded bus route is specially designed to move you within the Town of Breckenridge absolutely free of charge and with ease. The Free Ride Transit System also connects you to the Summit Stage, the free bus system for Summit County. We also work very closely with the Breckenridge Ski Area to ensure locals and guests make it to their destination on the mountain. The Town of Breckenridge is committed to making strides towards becoming a Green Community.
